Organic sobrasada from Son Cànaves, the 300-hectare family estate run by Lluis Cirera. A 350 g piece made with organically produced meat, pork fat, paprika and pepper in natural casing.

• Ingredients: Lean pork* 50%, pork fat* 50%, antioxidants (tocopherols and rosemary extract), Tap de Cortí paprika*, salt, black pepper*, natural casing. *Organically produced ingredients
• On arrival, take it out of the packaging and hang it in a cool, dry place (the fridge also works). Some fat seepage or natural mould on the skin is normal
• Sold as a whole piece; the weight is approximate (350 g) and the price is per piece
