• Ingredients: Pork fat (antioxidants E-320, E-321), lean pork, Mahón cheese 10% (raw cow's milk, rennet, salt and lactic ferments), paprika (Tap de Cortí), salt and spices
• Values per 100 g: 504 kcal / 2081 kJ; fat 48 g (of which saturates 24 g); carbohydrate 6.6 g
• On arrival, take it out of the packaging and hang it in a cool, dry place (the fridge also works). Some fat seepage or natural mould on the skin is normal
