Lágrimas de Mallorca is the heat extract from Salsa Picante Martínez (Sóller): pure capsaicin oleoresin, 2,000,000 Scoville units according to the maker, in a 10 ml bottle. It isn't a sauce to put on your plate: it's a concentrate for adding heat to a stew, a pot of chilli or a homemade sauce, and one drop goes a very long way. The oleoresin comes from India.
