Sobrasada made by C'an Company in María de la Salut, in the Pla de Mallorca: a family devoted to traditional foods for generations. 300-350 g piece, made with Tap de Cortí paprika.

• Ingredients: Pork fat (antioxidants E-320, E-321), lean pork, Tap de Cortí paprika 2%, salt, spices. Casing not edible. Gluten-free
• Values per 100 g: 582 kcal / 2400 kJ; fat 58 g (of which saturates 23 g); carbohydrate 2.7 g (of which sugars 1.3 g)
• On arrival, take it out of the packaging and hang it in a cool, dry place (the fridge also works). Some fat seepage or natural mould on the skin is normal
• Sold as a whole piece; the weight is approximate (300-350 g) and the price is per piece
