By accessing mallorcagourmet.com and placing an order, you accept the following terms and conditions.

  1. Purpose
    These Terms govern the online sale of gourmet and typical Mallorcan products offered by MallorcaGourmet.
  2. Purchase conditions
    ✔ Purchase process
    Customers select products, confirm their details, choose a payment method and complete the purchase.

✔ Confirmation
You will receive an automatic email with the order details.

✔ Availability
If a product is unavailable, we will inform you and refund the amount.

  1. Prices
    Prices include VAT.
    Shipping costs are not included until shown at checkout.
    MallorcaGourmet may change prices without affecting orders already paid.
  2. Shipping
    Shipments to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and other destinations depending on availability.
    Shipments to the rest of Europe subject to availability.
    The estimated delivery time will be shown during the checkout process.
    If a package arrives damaged, it must be reported within 24 hours.
  3. Payment methods
    We accept:
  • Bank card
  • PayPal
    Payments are handled by secure payment gateways.
  1. Right of withdrawal
    ✔ Period: 14 calendar days
    Customers may return products provided they are not perishable foodstuffs.

❌ Returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened or tampered food products
  • Fresh or perishable products
  • Personalized items

✔ Accepted returns
Must be in perfect condition and unused.

  1. Refunds
    Once the return is received, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method.
  2. Warranty
    Products have the legal warranty applicable according to their nature.

    You must keep your credentials secure.
    MallorcaGourmet may suspend fraudulent accounts.
  4. Liability
    MallorcaGourmet is not liable for:
  • Misuse of the products
  • Delays caused by external factors (transport, weather…)
  • Service outages of hosting providers or third parties
  1. Intellectual property
    All texts, images and content are the property of MallorcaGourmet or their authors.
  2. Governing law
    These terms are governed by Spanish law.
    Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the Balearic Islands (except consumers, who may bring claims in their place of residence).
